Hawaii Trip Payment Due July 1st

A payment of $250 is due by July 1, 2012 for the Hawaii Trip.  Please attach your payment to the Band Fees Payment Request Form (see attachment).  

Send your payment and form to Prescott Band Boosters, PO Box 10651, Prescott, AZ  86304.  If you have questions regarding your account, please contact Brian Sheldahl, Treasurer by email at sheldahl@cableone.net. 

Thank you to all Band Boosters and students who worked really hard this year to make our bands the BEST!  Congratulations to the Wind Ensemble and Jazz Band. Both received Superior With Distinction at State!
